TURKEY AND MY FIRST POST!

Last week I spent a week in Turkey, soaking up the sand, sea and sun. Here are a few snaps of my time there.

This is my first blog post (of many I hope!) and I am keen to keep updating on a regular basis. This will be my fashion diary of sorts. I am currently studying business studies at Sheffield Hallam University but have always had a love of fashion!
My next stop will be Edinburgh Fringe Festival in which I am performing in a show 45 Minutes with the theatrical company Flying High, so keep tuned!

I visited the beautiful waterfall in Bozburun Peninsula, and had a wild swim in the pools. They were so cold! A definite recommend if you ever found yourself in the that area of the world.

WINTER IS COMING

So its November already! How time flies. I've been up to my knees in uni work and applying for jobs at the moment so have been mega busy. Thought I would post this outfit from a while ago, I went for a 'rocker' vibe - the shirt is vintage, I borrowed it from my mum! I like the interesting collar detailing and I wanted to mix up the femininity of the frill with my Doc Martens and a Banksy tee (for a touch of rebel ;) ). I think it works quite well! I love making unexpected choices and mixing them together to see the results... sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't! But I guess that's the fun of fashion.... Something a bit different

So I guess you guys know I have this small disability called hemiplegia. If you don't know what it is it causes a weakness in my left side... like I never really talk about this so who knows why I'm putting it on the internet... Well, this small weakness of my left side means that I don't really like wearing dresses and showing off my legs. MAJOR anxiety when I wear dresses out. But then again when I find a dress that I just like; example the 1 below, I put on my dark tights and carry on. I have adapted the mentality of not caring what people think of me!!  As I carry on with my blog if I have any readers out there please let me know what you think, comments are always helpful and appreciated!
